When you fork out hundreds of dollars for an iPod, you hope to get your moneys worth. You hope that the music quality is top notch, and you hope that the iPodworks flawlessly. There is one problem with this. Alot of the time, iPod will freeze, leaving you stuck with a broken iPod. With some easy steps, you can fix this problem quickly.
How to Fix a Frozen iPod
The fix will depend on the model of iPod that you own.
iPod Touch
If you have an iPhone or an iPod Touch, your going to want to hold the power and home button for ten seconds, and your iPod should restart and eliminate the freeze problem.
If this does not work, than there are problems with your ipod beyond the simple freeze, and you will want to bring your ipod into an apple retail store, where they can further address the problem with your iPod, usually charging a small fee for the fix.
Other iPod Models
If you have a different model of iPod, then you are going to want to hold down the menu and select buttons for ten seconds, and then your iPodshould restart.
Again, if your iPod does not restart, then there is something wrong with your iPod, and you should take it to an Apple retail store, and have it assessed for damage there.
