Like all iPods, the iPod Shuffle is one model of a portable mo3 player that allows you to store, organize and access your music files from anywhere in 
the world. If you have a large CD collection you put all your cd's on the ipod, and then access those songs with the handy little pocket sized gadget, the iPod Shuffle, pictured and described below.
The iPod Shuffle, is actually Apple's fist model of iPod and therefore the most limited regarding features, and also has the least amount of storage space for songs. A great starter mp3 player, the iPod shuffle is perfect for those on a budget and also for those who only wish to have a small amount of music and do not need video and picture capability, which are available with the other iPod models, the iPod Touch, iPod Classic and the iPod Nano. All of which have a lot more storage space, video and picture viewing capability with screens.
iPod Shuffle
The iPod Shuffle is the baby version of all iPod models. It cannot play video, hold or display pictures. The 2nd generation Shuffle is pictured on the right.
The latest generation of the iPod Shuffle comes with Shake and Roll capability, which allows you to rerotate and listen to various songs in your library with a simple shake. Also, you can turn it sideways and you get to view your albums in Cover Flow. The iPod Shuffle comes in 6 bright and vivid colors, orange, blue, silver, hot pink, purple, lime green and and limited edition gold.
